Payment
Morelund accepts online payment with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Mobilepay.
Payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
Morelund uses GLS – Private and GLS – Parcel shop for shipping.
All Morelund orders include free shipping.
You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can track your package.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You will bear any return costs yourself.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and the items must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to mail@morelund.com. The e-mail must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The condition of the item upon return
You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties, and function. This means that you may try out the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been handled in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Morelund to assess the condition of the item.
Right of complaint
There is a 2 year warranty on the item in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in materials and manufacturing.
Complaints must be reported to Morelund within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, maximum two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. Morelund reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
In case of incorrect or unusual handling of the item, the complaint will be rejected.
